tuesday lunch.

Mmmm mmm good. Pasta salad for lunch.



























2 lbs of elbow pasta cooked
2 cans of chicken
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 can of sliced black olives
1 jar of sliced pimentos
garlic pepper
pinch of salt
accent for flavor enhancement
low-fat italian dressing to taste

toss and then toss in the fridge!
presto you have lunch for the week!

thursday night dinner

chipotle peppered pork loins and the best secret of the night...
uncle ben's garlic wild rice with black quoina (done in 90 seconds!)
and healthy to boot!

paired with a really great inexpensive, arkansas table red - robust,
a bit fruity, well bodied with a nice smooth finish.
and people say thursday is boring.
